It is with great sadness that we must inform the sledge hockey community about the passing of our founder, Vanessa Anderson, at age 30. It is out of Vanessa's passion and dedication to sports, the City of Toronto and the disability community that, together with Holland Bloorview Kids Rehab, our sledge hockey program came to be. We thank you Vanessa from the bottom of our hearts and we will miss all that you have given to both our great program and to each of our lives.
